PETROBOOST® technology is environment friendly complex thermo-baro-chemical stimulation in the near wellbore area to increase the permeability of the formations and efficiency of production with long period of impact. Full details and test results on real objects can be found in the presentation.
Step 1: H2 – increases gas and vapor permeability and improves action of the active gases (CO, CO2, NO2 , NH3) - Heat up porous media, CO2 reduce the viscosity of the oil. Start acid composition.
Step 2: Temperature increase, hot gases treatment (HCl, HNO3, HF), local combustion of the hydrogen in oxigen with fracturing –salt dissolution of mineral part of the formation, mud, paraffins and asphalts.
Step 3: Temperature increases, oil, paraffins and asphalts hydrocracking with hydrogen presence.
Step 4: Neutralization, surfactants treatments.
Advantages: Main agent – mixture of hot gases, with atomic and molecular hydrogen. Oxidant – water. Thermo-dynamic potential is realized in the formation. Influence of the reaction products to the formation and oil and gas is multifunctional, mainly chemical. Stimulation fluids and reaction components are environment friendly.
